Unless otherwise stated, all payments for educational programs from Mastering.com (including the The Reverse Engineer) are final and cannot be refunded once the program has been accessed.

Due to the fact that the marketplace is a service and not a product, payment must be made up front, and is non-refundable from the moment the order is placed.
